At Pepper May Farms, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you experience any issues with your meat or shipment, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can look into what happened and make it right.
We handle each situation one-on-one and are committed to ensuring you receive the quality you paid for. If your meat arrives above safe temperature, we’ll gladly send a replacement box at no cost to you. If the issue happens again, we’ll work with you to find another solution.
